psoc6/spi: Fix SPI baudrate settings not effective.

psoc6 spi baudrate init sequence not correct.

As your branch needs to be rebased we will add it on our own in a new branch, unless you want to rebase the port-psoc6-main branch yourself.

As your branch needs to be rebased we will add it on our own in a new branch, unless you want to rebase the port-psoc6-main branch yourself.

I’ve gone ahead and rebased my branch onto the latest ports-psoc6-main. The history is now clean, and the PR is ready for review and merging.

Sorry, we have a bit annoying workflow to keep in synch with the MicroPython upstream repository, and some additional PR requirements.
I have added your contribution to this PR #243.

We will create a release with with those changes :)
